When I visited Lisbon in 2019, one of the absolute highlights of the trip was my visit to Hospital de Bonecas, otherwise known as The Doll Hospital.
The Doll Hospital is delightfully creepy but so much fun and 100% worth a visit.
Functioning since 1830, the hospital has been helping keep toys alive for almost two centuries and it is a trip to walk around surrounded by everything from cloth dolls to action figures in various states of repair.
From drawers full of parts to shattered doll heads, here are 17 photos that show what it is like to visit this unique building.

Address: Praça da Figueira 7, 1100-240 Lisboa, Portugal

Have you ever been to a doll hospital? Would you like to visit one? What is the strangest attraction you have ever visited?
